What Your Child Is Learning

2s – Pre-K

  • Basic Truth: Jesus wants to be my friend forever.
  • Key Question: How can you love like Jesus?
  • Bottom Line: I can love everyone.
  • Memory Verse: “Love one another.” John 13:34

Kindergarten/1st & K2

  • Curriculum overview: Jesus’ life and teachings are examples for His followers of true holy living.
  • Memory Verse: “And taking the twelve, He said to them, “See, we are going up to Jerusalem, and everything that is written about the Son of Man by the prophets will be accomplished.” Luke 18:31

2nd-5th Grade

  • Curriculum overview: Students will see God’s forgiveness and help as they see Jesus heal various individuals. The will review all they have learned about Jesus and John the Baptist the past few weeks.
  • Memory Verse: “Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” Hebrews 4:16

6th Grade

  • Curriculum overview: Students will learn how the Bible is one continuous story and will see how everything points to Christ death and resurrection at the retreat and review from the retreat. Then we will continue through our traps with a look a substance abuse.

Jeanne and son, Camden, serve in the kindergarten/1st grade classroom. They are always prepared for class, engaged with the kids, and love teaching them about the Bible. Thanks for sharing your gifts with our team and loving Fellowship’s kids so well!

Grace is loyal to our kids each week serving not only upstairs in 4th grade but also in our Kingdom Kids class. Grace gives them her full attention, plays games and loves them well! We’re thankful for Grace.
