Careers at Fellowship
Associate Director of Production Technology
Fellowship Bible Church (FBC) is currently seeking a technically skilled and ministry-minded individual to join our team as the Associate Director of Production Technology! This is a full-time position responsible for providing leadership, technical oversight, and hands-on engineering support for all production systems and venues across our Franklin and Brentwood campuses. The staff and volunteers that serve on this team utilize production equipment in the areas of audio, video, lighting, and digital media to create dynamic and engaging environments. Partnering closely with the Production Technology Director, this role helps ensure excellence, reliability, and innovation across weekend worship services, ministry events, and campus-wide AVL systems. The Associate Director will serve as Technical Director for Sunday services, recruit and develop production volunteers, oversee equipment and system maintenance, and support the design and installation of new AVL systems at both campuses. We are looking for someone who brings strong technical engineering skills together with a shepherd's heart, someone who cares as much about the people serving on the team as the systems behind the scenes. If you have a passion for production technology and a deep commitment to the local church and its mission, we would love to hear from you!
