Fellowship
Global Christmas
Help our Global Partners as they serve their communities and share the hope of the Gospel.
LESS UNDER OUR TREE.
MORE FOR THE WORLD.
What is Global Christmas?
Take part in what God is doing around the globe by sharing our resources with a hurting world in need.
Every December, it is our privilege at Fellowship Bible Church to take a few weeks and place special emphasis on what God is doing around the world, both locally and globally. We call this season Global Christmas. It is a reminder for us to look beyond ourselves and embrace the work our Global and Local partners are doing as they embrace hurting people who need the good news of Jesus Christ. There are many needs that we could come alongside but our commitment to building relationships causes us to be intentional with a few. We have strategically selected local and global partnerships to help invest in and further their mission. Our partnerships are intentionally selected so our members have the opportunity to serve regularly and build relationships that shape us. Without intentionally building relationships with others on our street, community, and around the world we will remain limited in our understanding, experience, and views of who God is and the needs of the world. This commitment is rooted in our values of Better Together and Not About Ourselves.
Your giving makes a difference! These partners are doing incredible things, and we get the chance to come alongside and join them in kingdom work. Because of the generosity of your prayers, finances and sending global teams, we have helped to train leaders, educate and feed children, grow churches and so much more. Over the past 20 years, together, through our local and global partnerships, we have walked out our value of Not About Ourselves and have contributed over 15 million dollars and extended the reach of the Gospel!

Andrej & Nina Lovse
Andrej and his wife, Nina, shepherd a church of 30 people in Maribor, Slovenia. The congregation is primarily young students and young families. The constant thread of their church is they want to be disciples who make disciples. This is what they see Jesus calling them to in Matthew 28, and this is what they believe can be the thing that transforms Slovenia; when people come to understand that with the Lord, they are always on a mission. Andrej is also the national leader of Josiah Venture, a youth ministry organization. Together, Andrej and Nina have three children—Eva, Tim, and Izak.

They have three adult children, two grandchildren, and a dog. Fellowship's partnership in Comas, Peru, began with Pastor Mario Perez back in the CMA Church in 2003. He left Comas in 2007 to serve in the denomination's corporate leadership in various capacities, and until March of this year, he was the President of the CMA. Pastor Mario has since returned to the CMA Church in Comas. He chose to come back because God continues to give him a huge burden and concern for the people who do not know Christ, both in the Comas district and throughout the northern area of Lima. "I am convinced that God has called me back to Comas to experience the manifestation of His power and His glory once again in the midst of a united work between you (FBC) and us."

Darko married his wife, Gorana, and the Lord blessed them with four children: two girls and two boys. In addition, Darko and Gorana are fostering four children.
After getting married, the Lord opened an opportunity for them to join the church planting team in Slavonski Brod. With a population of 70,000, Brod was the largest Croatian town at that time without any evangelical church. Dr. Peter & Tatiana Mitzkevich
Dr. Peter Mitzkevich began his spiritual pilgrimage at age 14 when he put his faith in Christ, fully aware of the dangers of making such a decision under Soviet rule. Years later, he became a medical doctor, but his professional life changed when he assisted the Gideon International Bible distribution ministry. People who received the Bible would ask Peter to help them understand Scripture, but he was not equipped to do so. This motivated Peter to receive his Master of Theology degree. Peter says his dream for Russia is “that each town will have its own evangelical church, that each pastor will be theologically educated, that each church will have its own place of worship, and that each citizen of Russia will receive the Good News.” Peter is the president of the Moscow Theological Seminary and president of the Russia Baptist Union.
