Bible Reading Plans

For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven,
And do not return there without watering the earth
And making it bear and sprout,
And furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater;
So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth;
It will not return to Me empty,
Without accomplishing what I desire,
And without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.

Isaiah 55:10–11

While this is one of the most amazing promises in the Bible, unfortunately, it may also be one of the most unclaimed promises in the Bible. Our hope is that through one of the reading plans below, or one of your own making, you will begin to experience in your own life the power of God’s Word—to accomplish all He desires for you, in you, and through you. Most importantly, being transformed by the renewing of our minds by His written, living and active Word.

Every Day Bible Reading Plans

This is a reading resource from Faithlife, which produces the Logos Bible Software that many of us use. It describes this program as, “A daily devotional and Bible reading plan that covers the entire Bible over one year, explaining difficult and complex passages along the way. You’ll get a passage from both the Old and New Testament each day, accompanied by a devotional, and inspiring Bible artwork.”
