This past Saturday, June 3rd, Fellowship Bible Church and Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church hosted a picnic lunch together on Morning Star’s grounds. Folks from all three Fellowship campuses were represented in this community-building initiative. It was a great time of conversation, stories, and making new friends over freshly-grilled burgers, a plethora of homemade desserts, and lots of sunshine. It was also a time to come together with gratitude over a partnership between both churches that has continued for over 10 years now.
Though our churches are different in many ways, in many ways we are also the same, and we are united together in our love for Christ.
