Richard has the privilege of serving on the staff at Fellowship as Executive Pastor. Prior to Fellowship, he worked in various leadership roles including 10 years in public accounting and 6 years as an owner of a business he co-founded. He has also had the privilege of serving on various advisory boards, both for-profit and not-for-profit. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Richard and Kari have been married since 1992 and reside in Franklin. They have six children: Levi (Rachel), Jacob (Lily), Okland, Samuel, Aaron and Tosin.
