Eric grew up in a small town in Michigan. At a young age, he was introduced to Jesus at church and home. While in on high school mission trip in Mexico, he committed to following Jesus, a decision that has altered his life since.

Eric holds a Bachelors degree in Christian Ministry and a Masters in Christian Leadership from Southern Seminary. He moved to Nashville in 2010 to help the team at Fellowship launch the Franklin campus. He now serves as an executive pastor overseeing outreach and ministry strategy. Eric has a passion to steward life change through discipleship initiatives and help the church develop resources and training to further the mission.

Eric met his wife, Melissa, at Spring Arbor University in Michigan and they married in 2006. The Hoffman’s live in in Franklin with their three boys, Luke, Weston, and Miles.
