All Nations Soccer Club: The World’s Game, Right in Our Backyard

Posted on June 2, 2026

Soccer is the world’s sport. And as so many nations move to Nashville, the game has become a beautiful way to share the good news of Jesus with the nations right here in our own backyard.

In 2018, All Nations Soccer Club launched at the Brentwood campus, led by member Paul Campanis. Every Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m., neighbors gather on the back fields for pick-up soccer. Adults from all over the world, longtime locals, students, and friends from across the city show up for good competition and real conversation. What started as a simple invitation to play has grown into a weekly rhythm of relationships, where the gospel moves naturally through friendship, hospitality, and time on the field.

Now we are expanding what God has built. Beginning this summer, every Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m. on those same back fields, we will welcome kids ages 6 to 12 to learn the game and hear about Jesus’ great love.

This next chapter has been birthed by Teal Bunbury, a former Nashville Soccer Club player. Since retiring last season, Teal has wanted to invest his energy in sharing Jesus through soccer. He will be on the field with several other adults with instructing experience, pouring into kids who would not otherwise have access to this kind of training.

Our prayer is that this becomes a community for kids. We long to build a core group of kids who keep coming back, bring their friends, and discover that the God who made every nation also made them, sees them, and loves them.

Will you pray with us? Will you invite kids to join? Will you help serve with us?

  • For the kids and families walking onto our fields for the first time
  • For Teal, the coaches, and the volunteers as they invest week after week
  • That friendships built on the field would lead families to Jesus

Jesus said, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19). The nations are already here. And they love soccer.
