Associate Director of Production Technology

Fellowship Bible Church (FBC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Associate Director of Production Technology. This is a full-time position that will oversee and lead the production technology operations at our Franklin Campus, as well as provide management for production equipment and event spaces at our Franklin and Brentwood Campuses.

Production Technology supports the mission of Fellowship by serving as a conduit to share our mission of “Becoming a community of people who follow Jesus with our whole heart and help others do the same.”  The staff and volunteers that serve on this team utilize production equipment in the areas of audio, video, lighting, and digital media to create dynamic and engaging environments. If you have a passion for technology and experience in production with a deep commitment to the church and its mission, we would love to hear from you!

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 3 years experience with AVL integration and live production.
  • Knowledgeable about worship production best practices.
  • Proficiency with professional audio, video, and lighting systems (i.e., Dante, MADI, SDI, NDI, Art-Net, DMX, etc.).
  • Proficiency with common production and office applications (i.e., Waves, ProPresenter, PVP, Planning Center Online, Office 365, CAD, Resi, & Premiere).
  • Ability to recruit and lead volunteers in the various roles of the AVL team.

Director of Men's Ministry

Fellowship Bible Church is looking for a full-time Director of Men’s Ministry to join our Groups Ministry Team! This role is responsible for developing and galvanizing disciple-making leaders to help fulfill the vision of Fellowship. The right candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced leader having a proven track record of discipleship in the local church. Outstanding communication and organizational skills are a must. This is a central ministry position and will provide oversight for both our Brentwood and Franklin campuses. If you have a passion for men’s ministry and discipleship, we would love to hear from you!

  • Adept with technology, especially with Microsoft Office
  • 3-5 years of ministry experience; experience in a large church (1,000+) context preferred

Worship Resource Director

The Worship & Arts Ministry of Fellowship Bible Church (FBC) is looking for a full-time Worship Resource Director! This position offers the opportunity to be part of a highly effective ministry team in an enjoyable culture. This role is for a leader who has the calling and skill to develop our team of volunteers and contribute creatively to the planning and execution of our worship experiences at Fellowship. Working closely with both worship and pastoral leadership, this person will help bring worship planning into reality by leveraging our team of volunteers and equipping them to be the best worship leaders they can be. A high proficiency in music and ministry experience is a must. The right candidate for the role will be a builder of people, a passionate worshipper, a team player, and a loyal disciple of Jesus.

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent in training and experience) in music ministry
  • Proficient in musical theory
  • Mastery of at least one musical instrument (keys, drum, guitar, bass)
  • Ability to sing and/or coach singers
  • Collaborative team member with a passion for worship ministry
  • Proficient in at least one DAW (Ableton, Logic, Pro Tools)
  • Proficient in music notation software, Nashville Numbers, and chart making (Sebilius or Finale)
