Pastor of Marriage Ministries
Larry has been on staff at Fellowship for 12 years. He has been married to his bride Anne for 38 years. They have four married daughters and 10 grandchildren.
Larry serves as Fellowship’s Marriage Pastor. He and Anne enjoy the privilege of travelling the country speaking for FamilyLife Ministries at their Weekend to Remember marriage conferences. They have served in ministry for 30 years and at the core of their ministry passion has been the development of healthy God honoring marriages and families. That passion began many years ago with their own family. Larry understands that in many ways a man is the cornerstone of the family. Larry’s passion is for men to grow and mature in their love for Christ that will express itself first in their relationship with their wife and children, the relationships where they are most deeply known. Larry and Anne have been involved with men’s and women’s ministry, premarital mentoring and marriage enrichment training with thousands of couples, young and old, and continue today to mentor engaged couples, and encourage marriage and family as a core calling in their life.
Marty is one of our original pastors who helped launch Fellowship nearly 20 years ago. His background includes working 14 years as a system engineer on F-16, F-15, B-52, B-2, and A-10 avionic and weapon systems which parlayed well to his call to full-time family ministry as the Executive Director of Weekends to Remember Marriage and Parenting Conferences at FamilyLife with Dennis Rainey. As pastor of All Things Wonderful he currently directs a wide-range of ministries including Fellowship Kids, Promiseland, weekday Childcare, Special Needs Buddy and Lift ministries, Fellowship School of Dance, and our Adoption, Foster and Orphan Care ministry which has supported and equipped families for the adoption of hundreds of children in the past 14 years. In addition, he is a founder and chairman of the Middle Tennessee Orphan Alliance (MTOA) and co-founder and pastor-ambassador for the Tennessee Alliance for Kids (TAK), a non-profit dedicated to connecting faith-based people and organizations to meet the needs of at-risk foster kids and families associated with the Tennessee Department of Children Services.
Marty and his wife, Lora, have been married 33 years and live in Franklin. They have four children ranging from age 11 to 30 years old with their youngest being adopted from China. In his spare time, he is a creative, enjoying the process of building anything associated with wood and cars. In addition, Marty has thought about writing children’s books, launching the Middle Tennessee Biblical Institute for Family Discipleship and Missional Living, and building a one-stop shop for special needs families to received therapeutic care and advice.
Pastor of Men’s Discipleship and Leadership Development
Jeff has been at Fellowship for 15 years as a member and on part-time staff since September 2017. He will be celebrating 30 years of marriage to his wife, Donna, in May and they have two sons, Lance (24) and Luke (21).
Jeff has been a bi-vocational pastor since graduating from Welch College in Nashville in 1989, serving in three churches as an associate pastor in worship, youth, and discipleship ministries before he came to Fellowship. During the last 20 years, he has been a CIO and an entrepreneur in the Healthcare IT industry, and has been leading his current company, Nashville IT Health, since 2007. Jeff is passionate about encouraging men to take the next step on their spiritual journey and connecting men to help them find spiritual mentors who can help them on that journey. God has called all of us to make disciples while we are being discipled and Jeff has been doing that for many years. He loves to see men capture the vision that all of their life, especially their vocation, is a calling from God to influence those around them where God has placed them for His Kingdom purposes.
